Eggs Egyptian 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 c + 2 tbsp. sweet butter
2 1/4 c Sugar
6 lg Eggs
2 c Ground almonds
2 lg Oranges; (grated peel & peeled sections)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine butter and sugar; add eggs, 1 at a time. Fold in almonds and orange
peel. Pour three fourths of mixture into a greased 10" tube pan. Top with
orange slices and remaining batter. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for
1/2    hours.
