INGREDIENTS
1 | Garlic clove | |
16 | oz | Crushed tomatoes |
32 | oz | Sweet peas |
1/2 | t | Oregano |
1/4 | Onion, diced | |
1 | T | Olive oil |
1 | lb | Elbow pasta |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute garlic and onion in oil. Add tomatoes and oregano, cook 15-20 minutes. Boil pasta al dente, drain; add peas. Pour sauce over pasta and let stand for 5 minutes.
