Dairy Salad 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 c Tripolini or small sea shell
macaroni
1/3 c Chopped green onions
1/2 c Chopped celery
1 8-oz artichoke hearts
quartered and drained
1 4.5-oz shrimp drained and
rinsed
1/3 up to
1/2 t Curry powder
3/4 c Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c Sour cream
Capers for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook noodles as directed. Refresh and rinse immediately in cold water.
Chill. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Adjust seasoning. Chill at
least 4 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with capers.
