INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use as many different flavors of linguine as possible.
Place minced pasta in a medium bowl. Season fillets with salt, then press
one side of the fillets in pasta mixture, coating that side heavily, and
set aside. Heat oil in a heavy ovenproof saute pan over medium heat. When
hot, add fillets, pasta side down, and fry for 1 minute or until golden
brown. Turn each fillet over. Place pan in oven (pasta side up) and cook
for 5 minutes or until fish is cooked.
