INSTRUCTIONS
Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling water and cook for 8 1/2 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Rinse under cold running water, then drain thoroughly. Place the pasta in a bowl with the remaining salad ingredients. Prepare the dressing. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
