Eggs Pasta 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3 Eggs; hard boiled
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Scallion; sliced
1 cn (large) salmon
3/4 lb Spaghetti
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c Butter; softened
2 tb Parsley; chopped
1 tb Lemon juice (I usually add another Tablespoon or so)
Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook spaghetti in boiling water till done then drain.  Drain and flake
salmon.  Mix all ingredients together with the pasta and toss.  May
sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta if desired. Serves 4
