INSTRUCTIONS
Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 7 minutes or until just tender. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Combine the sauce mix, milk and water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil stirring constantly, then simmer over a low heat for 2 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in the lemon rind and fresh herbs.
