1 c Mushrooms; sliced thin

2/3 c Pasta; cooked

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir-fry veggies in oil 2 minutes Lower heat and stir-fry one minutes
longer till veggies begin to brown. Add white cheese. Cook 1/2 min . Add
pasta and heat. Sprinkle Parmesan on top before serving.
