16 oz Pasta, rotini
Chopped
Garlic clove, minced
1/2 c Mint leaves, fresh
Chopped
1/3 c Oil, olive
1 t Salt
3 lb Tomatoes, peeled seeded

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Meanwhile, cook and stir
garlic in hot oil until golden brown.  Stir in tomatoes, mint and
salt. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve  over
