INGREDIENTS

1 c Green onions, sliced 1/8"
Thick
28 oz Tomatoes, canned diced
15 oz Black beans, drained
1 Artichoke hearts, cut in
Quarters
1 lb Pasta, cooked as directed
1 ds Salt
1 ds Red pepper flakes
3/4 t Oregano
Freshly ground pepper
2 t Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta as directed.  Meanwhile, heat olive oil in the bottom of a
medium saucepot.  Add  green onions and saute for 5 minutes.  Add
seasonings and stir for 1  minute. Add tomatoes; cover and simmer for
10 minutes.  Add black  beans, combine and simmer for 5 minutes.  Add
artichoke hearts.  Adjust seasonings and toss with pasta.  Posted to
