INGREDIENTS

1 | lb | Pasta, cooked as directed |
1 | ds | Salt |
1 | ds | Red pepper flakes |
3/4 | t | Oregano |
Freshly ground pepper | ||
2 | t | Olive oil |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in the bottom of a medium saucepot. Add green onions and saute for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and stir for 1 minute. Add tomatoes; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add black beans, combine and simmer for 5 minutes. Add artichoke hearts. Adjust seasonings and toss with pasta.
