INGREDIENTS

1 c Chocolate Chips
1 1/4 c Scalded Coffee Cream
2 lg Eggs
4 tb Rum Or Brandy

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender bowl and blend until well mixed. Pour
into dessert glasses and chill until firm.  It doesn't get much easier than
