INSTRUCTIONS
Patrick Boyer is a 'dark horse' candidate for the leadership of Canada's
conservative party and it is likely he will be Prime Minister. (He is also
my local member of Parliament who throws a great Canada Day picnic every
year.)
In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta til just tender. drain.
Toss with onions, peppers, olives, lemon juice or vinegar, oil and salt and
pepper to taste. SERVES: 5-6
