INSTRUCTIONS
GLAZE:
Divide cookie dough in half. Place 1/2 softened cookie dough in each of two
9" greased pie pans. Spread with fingers up sides of buttered pans. Prick
bottom and sides with fork and bake 10-12 minutes at 350. Cool Mix
softened cream cheese with sugar, milk, and orange rind. Spread this over
the cooled crusts. Core and slice unpeeled apples which have been dipped
in the pineapple juice. Arrange over the cream cheese mixture. Slice
bananas and strawberries and arrange on top of apples. Place the pineapple
chunks on top of pizza. To make the glaze, in a saucepan mix together
sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually pour in juice and water. Add lemon
rind. Bring mixture to a boil and cook 1 minute. Cool. Drizzle glaze over
fruit and chill. Cut into wedge shaped pieces. 12-15 servings
