1/4 | c | Powdered Sugar |
1 | pn | Salt |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | c | Sugar |
2 | T | Flour |
3 | T | Lemon Juice |
1 | t | Lemon Rind, grated |
1/4 | t | Baking Powder |
INSTRUCTIONS
Oven 350ø F. FOR CRUST: Cream butter, sugar, add flour and salt. Press into 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350ø. FOR FILLING: Combine ingredients. Pour over hot crust. Bake 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with 4z sugar. Cool in pan. Cut in squares. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
