INGREDIENTS

1 c Flour
2/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Cocoa
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 c Rasins; (optional)
1/2 c Chopped nuts; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Coambine all ingredients and stir until moistened. Don't over mix! Fold in
raisins and/or nuts if you'd like them. In conventional oven bake at 350
degrees, 25-30 minutes. In microwave oven - using a microwave safe muffin
pan, fill paper muffin cups half full. Microwave 2 to 2 1/2 minutes,
turning the pan every 45 seconds.
