INGREDIENTS

90 g Rice
1 3/16 Milk
75 g Raw palm sugar or brown
Sugar
1 T Roasted cashew nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the rice and set aside in a sieve to drain for 20 minutes.  Bring
the milk to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring constantly.  Lower the
heat, add the rice and stir well to mix.  Simmer until the rice is
tender and the milk slightly thickened.  Add the raw palm sugar or
brown sugar, stir to mix and simmer for a  further 5-7 minutes.  Stir
