INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 3 ingredients and press into an ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at
350 degrees for 12 to 15 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with
marshmallows. Return to oven for 1 min. Remove from oven. Heat next 4
ingredients until peanut butter chips are melted. Remove from heat and add
peanuts and rice Krispies. Spoon over marshmallows and chill. Cut into
bars.
