INGREDIENTS

1 c Peeled sliced fresh peaches
1 c Peach low-fat frozen yogurt
1 1/2 c Peach nectar
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Almond extract
1 1/2 c Sparkling water, chilled

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and
process until smooth. Yield: 6 servings.
Per serving: 82 Calories; 0g Fat (5% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 18g
Carbohydrate; 2mg Cholesterol; 26mg Sodium
NOTES : To serve, pour 1/2 cup into each of 6 glasses; add 1/4 cup
sparkling water to each glass.
