INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 | c | Flour |
2 | Vanilla Pudding Mix | |
2 | t | Baking Powder |
1 | c | Milk |
6 | T | Margarine Melted |
32 | oz | Peaches |
16 | oz | Cream Cheese |
1 | c | Sugar |
2 | T | Sugar |
1 | t | Cinnamon |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix first three ingredients, then add in the next two ingredients. Mix well and spread in a greased pan. Drain peaches and save juice. Arrange on top of batter. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and 2/3 cups of peach juice. Pour mixture on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
