1 Peach; quartered
1 1/2 tb White wine vinegar
1 1/2 tb Nonfat chicken broth or water
1 ts Walnut oil
1/4 ts Sugar or honey
1/8 ts Dried thyme
1/8 ts Black pepper
3 Pecan halves

INSTRUCTIONS

In blender or food processor, mix all ingredients till smooth. Serve over
