INGREDIENTS

2 c Flour
2/3 c Sugar
2 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1/4 ts Ground Cloves
1/2 c Egg Beaters® 99% Egg Substitute, *Note
2 tb Icbinb-Light, Melted,**Note
16 oz Sliced Peaches, Canned, Drain, Chop, Reserve Juice
1/2 c Confectioner's Sugar
4 ts Peach Juice, From The Reserved

INSTRUCTIONS

*NOTE: Original recipe used 2 regular eggs
**NOTE: Original recipe used regular margarine
Grease and flour a 9 x 5" pan. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Mix first 6
ingredients; add eggs and melted margarine. Fold in chopped peaches; mix
for about 2 min at med speed of electric mixer.
Pour batter into pan and bake for approx 1 hr, testing for doneness. Cool
completely.
Make glaze by blending confectioner's sugar and 4 tsp reserved peach juice.
Pour over cooled loaf.
Serves 8 - 10
