INSTRUCTIONS
*NOTE: Original recipe used 2 regular eggs
**NOTE: Original recipe used regular margarine
Grease and flour a 9 x 5" pan. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Mix first 6
ingredients; add eggs and melted margarine. Fold in chopped peaches; mix
for about 2 min at med speed of electric mixer.
Pour batter into pan and bake for approx 1 hr, testing for doneness. Cool
completely.
Make glaze by blending confectioner's sugar and 4 tsp reserved peach juice.
Pour over cooled loaf.
Serves 8 - 10
