INSTRUCTIONS
This came from a lady in Texas. It's so easy it's ridiculous, and so good
it's frightening.
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder. Add 1 1/2 c sugar. Slowly stir in
milk. Melt butter in 8x8x2 pan. Pour batter over melted butter. Do not
stir. Lay peaches over batter. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c sugar. Bake 1
hour at 350. Serves 6.
