"Although I make this crisp with many different fruits, peaches are so
delicious this summer I'm making this over and over again. This dessert is
easy but don't admit that to anyone."
Cut up peaches (leave peel on.) Place peaches in buttered 8x12" baking
dish.
Combine flour with brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter
into it until it is in tiny bits (easiest to do in food processor.) Bake in
preheated 350F oven 1 hour or until topping is crisp and peaches are
tender. Serve on its own with vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt or sweetened
yogurt cheese. SERVES: 6-8
