INGREDIENTS

1 c Flour
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Butter
1/3 c Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Egg
6 Ripe peaches, peeled & slice

INSTRUCTIONS

Sift together dry ingredients, cut in butter until crumbs form. Combine
Milk, Vanilla and egg; stir into flour until moistened, spread dough into
8" square baking pan.  Arrange peaches in rows pressing lightly into dough.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
