INSTRUCTIONS
"...perfect served over ice cream, sherbet, toasted pound cake or yougrt
cheese."
Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients. Let
stand 1/2 hour before serving. MAKES: about 2 CUPS
