INGREDIENTS

1 3/4 ga WATER; BOILING
7 1/2 lb PEACHES FRESH SEASONAL
4 1/2 lb DSRT PWD ORANGE #2 1/2

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  USE ORANGE FLAVORED GELATIN;  DISSOLVE IN BOILING WATER.
2.  ADD 15 LB (7 1/2 QT) PARTIALLY THAWED SLICED OR QUARTERED PEACHES TO
ORANGE FLAVORED GELATIN.  STIR PEACHES UNTIL THAWED AND SEPARATED.
3.  POUR ABOUT 5 1/2 QT GELATIN MIXTURE INTO EACH PAN.
4.  CHILL UNTIL FIRM.
