INSTRUCTIONS
Boil sugar, cloves, cinnamon and 1 1/2 cups water . Cover and simmer for l0
minutes. Add potato starch and 1/4 cup water. Add wine and reboil. In a
separate pot, place two peaches in boiling water for 5 minutes, peel and
cut into chunks. Add chunks to mixture. Blend 6 peaches in blender or
processor and add to mixture. Refrigerate. Garnish with berries.
