INGREDIENTS

16 oz Unsweetened peaches; thawed
1 qt Peach juice
750 ml Dry white wine; = 1 bottle
12 oz Apricot nectar
1 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender or food processor puree peaches.  In a container, combine
peaches and remaining ingredients.  Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight to
allow flavors to blend.  Store in refrigerator.  Serve chilled.

NOTES : This can be beautifully presented by pouring into a wine bottle or
the sort, and placing into a basket with a nice set of wine
glasses.
