2 Thin peach slices, up to 4

Pizza dough, whole wheat
bread cracked wheat
white nut or herb bread

INSTRUCTIONS

Brush oil on inside of wrapper. Layer ham, cheese, and peaches.  Season
to taste. COOK.  Note-really good with sliced apricots and/or a few
