Name: Peaches and Strawberries in Wine
Ingredients: 3 c Fresh strawberries; 3 c Sliced peaches; Lemon juice; 4 tb Sugar (up to); 3 c Dry red or white wine; or champagne; chilled

INGREDIENTS

3	c	Fresh strawberries
3	c	Sliced peaches
		Lemon juice
4	tb	Sugar (up to)
3	c	Dry red or white wine; or champagne; chilled

INSTRUCTIONS

Pick strawberries carefully; wash, hull & drain. Peel peaches & slice;
sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Mix fruit together &
combine with sugar. Allow to stand in refrigerator for 1 hour before
serving. Cover (barely) with wine & serve.
