INGREDIENTS
1 | Yellow cake mix | |
3 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Butter or margarine, melted |
1 | Peaches, canned drained | |
1 | Coconut pecan or coconut | |
almond frosting mix dry | ||
2 | c | Sour cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
In large bowl, combine dry cake mix, 2 eggs, melted butter and dry frosting mix. By hand, stir until all is moistened. Press into 9x13" ungreased pan. Bake at 350~ for 10-15 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Top with peach slices. In small mixer bowl, combine sour cream and 1 egg. Pour evenly over peaches.
