INGREDIENTS

| 3 | c | Raw peanuts |
| 3/4 | c | Light corn syrup |
| 1/4 | c | Water |

| 3 | ts | Soda |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine sugar, peanuts, corn syrup, water and salt. Cook on medium, stirring continuously, until peanuts are very brown, to hard-crack stage. Remove from heat; add soda and stir. Pour into well-buttered baking sheet.
