INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING
Preheat oven to 400°F & prepare pans. Put the first 5 ingred. into bowl &
mix well, then add the flour & b/pdr & blend until just mixed. Put a large
spoonful of the batter into each muffin pan, then drop a small spoonful of
jam (jelly) in the centre of each & cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle
with the topping mixture & bake for 10-15 mins. Makes 12 muffins.
