Stick of butter; softened |

Vanilla |
2 1/2 |
tb |
Peanut butter; (i used creamy but you could use crunchy if you want nuts) (up to 3) |
1 |
pk |
Almond bark chocolate OR 1 pkg. of semi-sweet chocolate morsels |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and peanut butter thoroughly until
smooth and creamy. Roll the mixture into balls of whatever size you want. I
made balls of approximately 1 Tbsp. size. Melt the chocolate (i put them
into the microwave and ooked them for about 3 minutes, i think. but you can
also melt them on the stove.) roll each ball in the melted chocolate until
well coated then place them on a greased surface so that they won't stick
to the plate (like 1/2 of mine did before i thought about this). After the
chocolate has solidified, eat. Keep in refrigerator.
