INGREDIENTS

12 Eggs
6 c Sugar
3 c Packed brown sugar
2 c Peanut butter
1 c Shortening
2 T Vanilla extract
8 c All-purpose flour
3 T Baking powder
2 t Salt
Confectioners' sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream the eggs, sugars, peanut butter, shortening and vanilla until
smooth. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to
creamed mixture and mix well. Press into 3 greased 15"x10"x1" baking
pans. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
