INSTRUCTIONS
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Beat eggs in medium
sized bowl until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add sugar, peanut
butter, vanilla; mix well. Fold in sifted dry ingredients and coconut. Pour
into greased and floured 12x9-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool
in pan before cutting into 1x2-inch bars. Remove carefully from pan. Makes
about 30.
