INGREDIENTS

1 c Peanut Butter
1 c Sugar
1 Egg — lightly beaten
1/2 c Semisweet Chocolate Chips —
(miniature)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and egg (batter will be
stiff).  Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop level tablespoonfuls and roll into
balls.  Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with a fork. Bake at
350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until browned.
Yield:  2 dozen.
Editor's Note:  This recipe does not use any flour.
