INGREDIENTS

oz Cream cheese, softened
1 c Creamy peanut butter
2 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
c Whipping cream
3 Bar, 3oz Sweet Dark
9 inch prepared chocolate
1 Bar, 1oz Sweet Dark

INSTRUCTIONS

Chocolate, chopped  :          -- crumb crust

Chocolate  :          Broken into 1 inch pieces  In small bowl of
electric mixer, beat cream cheese and peanut butter  on medium speed
about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add  powdered sugar and
vanilla; mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate  pieces. In large
bowl of electric mixer, beat whipping cream until  stiff peaks form.
Fold cream cheese mixture into whipped cream. Spoon  into prepared
crust. Drizzle: Melt chocolate. Drizzle chocolate in  parallel lines
over filling. Pull blunt knife vertically through  chocolate to create
decorative effect. Chill 2 to 3 hours before  serving. Makes 8 servings
