INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Soften butter and mix with peanut butter.
Add sugars gradually until creamy and well-blended. Beat in egg and
vanilla. Stir in flour mix. Roll into one-inch balls, and cover in sugar.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 12 minutes.
Press an unwrapped kiss into the top of each warm cookie.
These make great Christmas gifts, arranged in clear jars with wrapped
Hershey kisses interspersed among the cookies. Artistic & delicious!

Neil thinks we should stick with dessert-type stuff. I'm not sure what I
think. Regardless of what we make, these cookies are a MUST. I make these
every year (I'm suprised I haven't posted them before now!) -
