INGREDIENTS

| 3 | tb | Butter |

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook onion in butter until soft in 2-quart saucepan. Add flour and cook, stirring, until smooth. Stir in peanut butter, add chicken broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
