INGREDIENTS

1 Garlic Clove
1 sl Fresh ginger root; (1/2 by 3/4 inch)
1 tb Fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 c Rice vinegar or white vinegar
5 tb Juice from mandarin oranges
2 tb Smooth peanut butter
4 ts Lite soy sauce
4 ts Sesame oil
4 ts Hoisin sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Houston Chronicle again...
In a food processor bowl fitted with metal blade and with motor running,
drop garlic and ginger through feed tube; process until minced. Add
cilantro & process 45 seconds or until finely chopped. Add vinegar,
mandarin arange juice, peanut butter, soy sauce, oil & hoisin; process
until smooth. Place dressing in a small bowl; cover & refrigerate until
ready to serve.
Servings: 6
Each: 335 calories, 25 grams protein, 15 grams fat, 28 grams carbohydrates,
47 milligrams cholesterol, 497 milligrams sodium.
