Grains Vegetarian Deborah, Madison 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Garlic clove
2 tb Peanut oil
2 tb Dark sesame oil
2 1/2 tb Rice vinegar
1 tb Soy sauce
1/2 Jalapeno pepper seeded; finely minced
1 tb Tahini
6 Mint leaves; finely chopped
2 tb Cilantro; chopped
1 tb Cinnamon basil; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash the garlic in a mortar; then gradually add the rest of the ingredients
and work them together to make a thick, homogenous sauce. This can also be
done in a blender or food processor.
