INGREDIENTS

4 tb Peanut butter
Water; (about one cup)
Coffeecream; (when you don't eat it with meat.)
Tomato ketchup or salsa sauce
3 ts Sambal oelek or 3 red Spanish peppers.
1 ts Ginger powder
1 ts Cumin powder
1 tb Sugar
A bit salt
1 ts Coriander
1/2 ts Laos powder
1 tb Sweet soysauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the peanutbutter,water and coffeecream in a pan. add the ketchup or
salsa and stir. Put it on a low heatingpoint, and add the spices. Stir now
and than, keep the heating low. the sauce has to boil for a copple of
minutes, it has to look like porridge. just creamy. check if it is hot
enough. It has to be SWEET, HOT, SPICEY and delicious. Eat this with white
rice, boiled with only water, no salt and butter please. I will give a
recipe too of saté, that is often served with peanutsauce. When you prefer
to eat vegetarian, you can eat this with tahu (tofu) or tempé, nice fried
in oil with soysauce poured over it.
