8 Pear halves
Watercress
2 c Cottage cheese
1/2 c Shredded almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

For each serving place 2 pear halves on a bed of watercress or a salad
plate. fill the center of each pear half with cottage cheese and
garnish with shredded almonds. Serve with dressing of choice.  Posted
