INGREDIENTS

5 lb Pears; peeled and cored
1 lb Dried apricots
3 lb Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Place pears and apricots in a large saucepan. Add water and cook until
soft. Strain, and return to pan. Add sugar and cook until thickened,
stirring frequently. Pour into glass jars and seal.
