INGREDIENTS
5 | lb | Pears; peeled and cored |
1 | lb | Dried apricots |
3 | lb | Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place pears and apricots in a large saucepan. Add water and cook until soft. Strain, and return to pan. Add sugar and cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Pour into glass jars and seal.
