1 Pineapple, peeled
3 Pears, peeled
2 c Chamomile tea
1/2 c Muscat wine
Honey, to taste
1 Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

Recipe by: CHEF DU JOUR GALE GAND SHOW #DJ9164 Peel pineapple and
pears then cut up. In a blender or food processor puree fruits.  Strain
through a fine sieve. Season to taste with tea, wine, honey  and lemon
juice. Serve cold garnished with pineapple leaves.  Yield: 6 to 8
