INGREDIENTS

Canned pear halves; drained |

Vanilla sauce (see recipe) |

Berry cream sauce (see recipe) |

|
Cinnamon stick; cut into 3/4-inch pieces (optional) |
|
|
Mint leaves (optional) |
INSTRUCTIONS
SLICE pears lengthwise, cutting almost through stem ends. Place on
individual serving plates; spread to form fans. Spoon Vanilla Sauce around
pears. Swirl Berry Cream Sauce through Vanilla Sauce to form design (see
"Fruit in Cream" for directions). Place cinnamon stick and mint leaf at
stem end of each pear, if desired.
