INGREDIENTS

4 lb Pears
5 lb Sugar
1 cn (#2) crushed pineapple

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel pears; run through food chopper using medium blade. Add to sugar.
Drain pineapple. Add pineapple to sugar & pear mixture. Cook for 20 min. or
until consistency of strained honey. YIELD: 4 qts.
