INGREDIENTS

8 c Ground pears
2 c Ground onion
6 Ground green or red peppers
1 Ground hot pepper -or-
1 tb Hot pepper sauce
4 Ground dill pickles
3 tb Dry mustard
1 qt White wine vinegar
1 1/4 c Flour
1 tb Turmeric
2 tb Salt
2 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients & stir well. Bring to a rolling boil over medium high
heat. Cook 15 minutes. Pack in jars & seal. Process in boiling water bath
for 5 minutes. Makes 7 pints.
