INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly spray tortilla and place oil side down on a
baking sheet. Peel, core, and thinly slice pear into about 20 slices. Fan
slices out to cover tortilla in a radiating pattern. Slice cold butter or
margarine into 6 or 8 pieces and arrange evenly over pear slices. Sprinkle
sugar and nutmeg on top. Bake about 15 minutes until pear is tender and
sugar is bubbling. Stir jam to soften and spread lightly over hot tart,
using a pastry brush or back of a spoon. Cut into wedges by pressing
straight down with a knife (don't drag knife through it). Serve warm.
